Publisher Terms
These terms apply to publishers who monetize websites, placements and ad inventory through the platform.
Inventory responsibility
Publishers confirm they have the required rights over submitted websites and placements. Ad tags must not be modified in a way that misleads users, advertisers or the platform.
Prohibited traffic
- Automated traffic, bots, unauthorized incentivized traffic or artificial activity.
- Forced clicks, misleading placements, accidental click traps or click farms.
- Proxy abuse, excessive refresh, auto-clicks or invalid traffic generation.
- Illegal, unsafe, misleading or non-compliant inventory.
Revenue and payouts
Displayed revenue may be subject to validation, anti-fraud filtering, payout thresholds, fees and payment rules.
Ad placement quality
Publishers must maintain a user-friendly environment and must not hide, overlay, alter or trigger ads in abusive ways.
Suspension
The platform may limit, suspend or close publisher access in case of fraud, policy violations, abnormal traffic or legal risk.
