Advertiser Terms
These terms apply to advertisers who create, fund and run advertising campaigns on the platform.
Campaign responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of links, offers, creatives, landing pages, tracking, claims and targeting they provide.
Campaign review
Campaigns and creatives may be reviewed, rejected, limited or suspended at any time for quality, compliance, security or payment reasons.
Prohibited content
Illegal, misleading, malicious, discriminatory, infringing or unsafe content is prohibited, as well as content that violates the advertising policy.
Budgets, deposits and billing
Delivery depends on available budget, bids, pacing rules, validated payments and campaign settings. Deposits, invoices and financial movements are available in the advertiser account.
Measurement
Statistics may include impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPM, RPM, traffic quality and anti-fraud signals. Minor discrepancies may occur between measurement systems.
Invalid traffic
The platform may filter, deduct or refuse to bill invalid, suspicious or fraudulent events to protect network quality.
